Return Policy:

Please inspect your order on receipt for damage and accuracy.
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges if notified within 15 days of delivery. All products must be returned in saleable condition to receive credit. Credit and/or exchanges will be shipped when the merchandize is received.
If our shipment is defective or incomplete, we will cooperate fully to arrange return shipments at no cost and expedite shipment of the correct merchandize.
Non-defective products are returned at customers expense and subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Freight charges will be deducted from items shipped free. 

Shipping: 
Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail with delivery in 2-3 working days. Most orders are shipped same or next day. Larger orders requiring more re-keying may delay shipping 1-2 days.  We keep every item on the site in stock for immediate shipping. Backup stock is available to us in 24 hours if necessary.
